You will see a lot of different lifts, like gorilla press, overhead press, throat lift, torture rack, human weight bench press, standing on pecs, different carry on the shoulders.

In the Trailer, you see only 1:35mins of the video but this 1:35 are much shorter in the real clip because for the trailer they are slowed down a lot sometimes.
